It's about the Kids
Welcome to GrowMeUp.
This site is a quick start to an idea that I have had for a while. I am a single parent who works full time and has full time student status not to mention these little NPO's and web businesses. I never really could find a connection on the web for information on parenting that did not involve some sort of sales or marketing. This along with a couple other sites is to be my contribution to the kids. My daughter is eight of this writing and I sure would have loved somewhere to be online where I could find facts and advice, possible comradery and intelligent exchange that did not involve some form of marketing. My vision now is to have general knowledge and information that will help parents to draw there own educated conclusion on what is best for the individual child.

Along with helping the parents I am working on safe browsing for kids. websafe4kids.org, plantakid.com, growmeup.com and possibly a few others will hopefully make up the beginning of our little NPO based solely on giving kids safe and productive things to do on the internet and educating parents on how to accomodate that. So far it is only a couple of us who are pushing to make this happen so more help is needed. If you would like to help Please refer to the appropriate navigation on the left.
